Start here
Add the letters from your rack and VocabNexa will surface every matching word in the active dictionary. Results are grouped by length and ranked by standard Scrabble value, so strong plays are easy to spot.
What this tool does
A word unscrambler rearranges the letters you already have into valid words. It is useful when a promising rack feels impossible, when a board needs a precise fit, or when you want to study combinations you might otherwise miss.
Use filters like a pro
Use Starts with when a word must connect to an existing prefix, Ends with when the final board position is fixed, and Must include for a required crossing letter. Blank tiles can be entered as ? or *. You can use up to two in one search.
How it works
VocabNexa normalizes your rack, compares its letter counts with the dictionary, applies your optional filters, then calculates a point value for each match. The interface keeps the longest and highest-value candidates close at hand.
See it in action
Try the rack SHIRKEQUL. A strong eight-letter result is RUSHLIKE. Shorter options include HULKIER, HUSKIER, SHRIEK, QUIRKS, RELISH, HIKER, RISK, RUSH, and many more.
Tips for better results
Start broad, then narrow. Search the full rack first to understand its potential. If the list is large, add one board constraint at a time. Keep an eye on short words: a two- or three-letter play can unlock a much stronger next turn.
Good to know
Point values use standard English Scrabble letter scores. A legal tournament play can still depend on the dictionary and rules selected by your specific game.
